Hi Rajesh

Manual bank statement is pretty simple. You must

understand how it works..

When you recieve Bank statment, you are required to

update into the system. Bank statements will contain

various transaction codes which denotes the nature of

implicating transactions occured. These transaction

codes, when bring into sap should effect certain

postings to your bank a/cs, clearing a/cs and

sub-ledgers.

You define posting rules to debit and credit the

specific accounts and assign it to external

transaction codes (ie Bank codes)

For Eg.

Posting Rule 001 (Assigned to Transaction Code ICC)

Psk 40 Incoming Check Clearing A/c (A/C symbol)

Psk 50 Customer A/c (A/C symbol)

When you enter the Transaction code, it will make the

above entry

Posting Rule 002 (Assigned to Transaction Code ICB)

Psk 40 Bank A/c

Psk 50 Incoming Check Clearing A/c

Here you identify the G/L accounts by a/c symbols to

differentiate the transactions..

Now you post in FF67.

You try this, you youself will find lotsa ideas. Then

you share here.

Always ask for an Idea or Clarification, but not the

Procedure.. :)
