This License Agreement constitutes a legal Agreement between you and FreeFalcon.

The 3D models and artwork contained in this package are copyrighted.

By installing this package, you agree to be bound by following terms and conditions of theFreeFalcon End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Agreement is between the organization "FreeFalcon" and the person installing the FreeFalcon Files.

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

*Terms and Conditions of Use*

You agree to install and use the FreeFalcon Files under the following Termsand Conditions: That FreeFalcon grants you a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute the files according to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

You may, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, use the FreeFalcon files for your own personal use.

The FreeFalcon Logo may not be used without the express written consent of FreeFalcon.

You may not extract the individual files from this package, alter and or redistribute them without the express consent of the individual author, creator, ordeveloper.

You may not modify any existing files contained in this package.

You are prohibited from extracting, adding or altering any 3D Models or their data base.

You are prohibited from using the FreeFalcon Terrain Textures in an other version of Falcon or Theater.

You may not mirror or host or distribute this FreeFalcon package without thewritten permission of FreeFalcon.

You may not authorize any third party to use the FreeFalcon files for any purpose inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

You understand and acknowledge that:

(a) neither FreeFalcon, nor anyone acting on behalf of FreeFalcon has made any representation or warranty that Your use of the FreeFalcon files will not infringe or violate the trademark rights of any third party, or constitute a falsedesignation of origin or any other form of unfair competition, and

(b) you understand that you, or others representing you, may not profit fromthe use or distribution of the FreeFalcon files in any private or commercial venture, and

(c) you understand that you may not use the FreeFalcon files in any productdestined for sale in the USA or any other country.

You understand that the FreeFalcon files are copyrighted and may be owned bya third party, and any unauthorized use by you may be an infringement of such copyright.

You also understand that the USA prohibits export of materials to certain countries.

You understand and agree that the members of FreeFalcon may, in their sole discretion:

(a) monitor the public dissemination of the FreeFalcon files for any violation of this agreement; and

(b) direct you to cease any activities that violate the Terms and Conditionsof this Agreement.
