DOG SITTING IS PROHIBITED The Board and management would like to remind residents that dog sitting animals that are not registered with the HOA or exceeds the 25lb weight limit is prohibited within the community. Redlands is located 63 miles east of Los Angeles and 44 miles west of Palm Springs which makes it an easy drive to reach mountains, beaches, and deserts. - Redlands was the first city in the state to require driver’s licenses. - The University of Redlands started in a small building on Orange Street. - Super Bowl XXXV Winning Coach graduated from Redlands High School - Redlands High School is the oldest high school in California still operating in its original spot. - The Redlands Bowl, built in 1930, is the longest running venue in the world where no admission is charged.

ANIMAL CONTROL The Board and Management would like to remind residents that should they have an issue with pets in the community such as a barking dogs or an aggressive pet to please call animal control. Phone: (909) 798-7644. Hours of Operation: Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. Closed for lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm. Please use animal control as a first measure when dealing with pet nuisances.

NEWSLETTER ARTICLES Please feel free to submit any newsletter ideas or articles that you feel would be relevant to your neighbors here at Fernwood. To be considered, all entries must to be sent to the attention of Clint Taylor no later than the 5th of each month for inclusion in the following month’s newsletter. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF! Management and the Board are asking everyone in the community that should they drop spill something in the hallways or elevators to clean it up. The Association has a janitorial vendor but they only service the community once a week. So please help us keep Fernwood clean. OIL STAINS IN YOUR PARKING SPACE It has been brought to Management’s attention that there are many oil stains in residents parking space's. Please make sure to take a look at your parking space when you pull out to see if your car is leaking oil. Please make sure to remove any oil spills that have been left by your vehicle and make necessary repairs to stop the leaking. Thank you for your attention to this matter. NO SKATEBOARDING Please be aware that skateboarding is prohibited in the Fernwood complex, this includes the tennis courts, garages and all common area. JUST FRIENDLY REMINDER - Please do NOT open hallway windows. - Mandatory Shut / Close glass doors of building lobby when entering and exiting the building. - Please do not speed while driving in the garages or on the complex grounds.
