Through the Fernandez Family Center, you will reach thousands of St. Thomas University Alumni, friends and supporters on a monthly basis. Additionally, through community events such as concerts; conferences; commencements (other schools), etc., the Center will have a minimum of 50,000 attending these activities in the first year – with projections of continual annual attendance growth.
In the highly competitive South Florida venue market, the Fernandez Family Center will be a unique property: easily accessible; state-of-the-art; great parking; and the capacity to seat anywhere from 2700 to 4000 spectators.
