[email protected] The world is pacing towards a feministic approach, without realizing the bigotry and growing intolerance towards the men. The human rights activists all over are growing to be more and more infatuated towards women protection. But the very concept that, human rights is essentially about equal treatment towards the entire mankind is being compromised. So, it is high time to address the issue of male rights along with female rights, to curb this hypocrisy. This paper deals with the existing concerns regarding the protection of women. And taking it a step further, it deals with glossed over discrimination against men. Further, it tries to explain the current scenario in this regard and tells why men should be protected. The questions raised in this paper are: 1- Is human rights achieving equality or female chauvinism? 2- Why should the men be protected?
