Council Facilities/HallsTerms and Conditions
The Management Committee reserves the right to negotiate a special key deposit, cleaning fee, electricity charge, and/or damage deposit if circumstanceswarrant.
The parties hiring the hall, meeting room and other facilities will be responsible for the removal of all rubbish arising from us of any of the facilities.
In special circumstances, the management committee may negotiate hiring rates different to those set out above.
Nothing is to be attached to, hooked to, lent against or otherwise come in contact with the acoustives wall at the eastern end of the hall. Damage to theacoustics wall must be avoided at all costs.
Parties renting the hall will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the acoustic wall.

Thora HallRepair of any damage or removal of remaining debris/refuse shall be deducted from bond deposit.
Refund of deposit shall be determined after inspection. To retain full deposit, the hall shall be left in good/clean/tidy condition. To safeguard deposit, the hirershould notify the Booking Officer of any unseen or suspected damage prior to or at the start of the hire period.
Any crockery breakages will be deducted from the bond deposit.
The provision of additional consumable materials in addition to what is supplied by the hall Committee may be required. This advice, along with generalrequirements will be communicated to the Hirer by the Booking Officer prior to Hiring.
