• A multiparty NDA template was prepared, negotiated and will be pre-signed by the labs.
• The pre-signed NDA will be kept on file by NREL and will be sent to all awardees and sub-awardees.
• Each project specific NDA will be executed “as-is” by the awardee and any sub-awardees. No changes will be accepted to the pre-signed NDA.
• It is not necessary to have an NDA between labs regarding lab Protected Information.
