Once clicked, the user will see all quotes and jobs with the following statuses under a single window without jumping from “my quotes” to “job status”
1. More Info Needed - Quotes2. Support Files Needed - Quotes3. Preflight Error - Quotes4. Proof Ready - Job5. Pending New Files - Job6. On Hold - Job

2Keeping it simple and putting the responsibility at the user’s fingertip will drive the success of this log.
1This will be an alert/communication log. The user can select a quote/job and the system will direct a user either to the proof approval page or file upload page. If it’s a quote status then the standard quote window will be opened for the user.

Once the user clicks on the status, the system directs the user to the action page.
For example: if the status is “On Hold” the system will return the following message – See Image to the right,
IW PM have entered Production notes which are visible not only through this new status queue but also under Job Status window.
The message is very clear and advising the user to reach out to customer service and the order is on hold.

Action Required – Preflight Status

Once the user clicks on the status, the system directs the user to the action page.
For example: if the status is “Preflight Error” the system will redirect the user to the file upload page. The user can view the preflight report to see how to fix the file and/or upload a new file.

Once the user clicks on the status, the system directs the user to the action page.
For example: if the status is “More Info Needed” the system will redirect the user to the standard quote window.
From this window the user can click on “More Info Notes” and enter the new product specs as requested.

For example: if the status is “Support Files Needed” the system will redirect the user to the standard quote window.
From this window the user can click on “Support Files” and upload files as requested.

For example: if the status is “Proof Ready” the system will redirect the user to the Proof Approval page.
From this window the user can view the proof and then approve or decline it.

Once the user clicks on the status, the system directs the user to the action page.
For example: if the status is “Pending New Files” the system will redirect the user to the upload page.
From this window the user can upload the revised files and resend them. The system will then automatically update the job status to “In Production” and send the new files to the vendor. To view why the vendor requested a new file is listed under the production notes which are visible under the Job Status window.
