Questionnaire - more than 130 institutions of the federation (ministeries, federal offices, etc.) more than 230 technical tasks are performed using geodata more than 60 other specialized tasks by means of geodata still in the planning stage geodata flows within 40% of 130 institutions of the federation about 40 MIS for geodata within institutions of the federation

the NGDI for Germany is a public sector infrastructure of

the Lander and the Federal Administration

• The NGDI comprises reference data, basic thematic

geodata, metadata, and tools for a user-friendly access

• The NGDI has to take into account international

standards, and European and international GI projects as

well
