Hello everyone!

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am

Dinero, the Royalty Real Estate Ambassador, and this is my

monthly newsletter.

My job is to tell my friends to use my Mom and Dad for all of their

Real Estate & Property Management needs. They can help you

keep more dinero in your pocket!!

I crack myself up sometimes!

Each month I will tell Mom what to write and we will send you an

informative and lighthearted newsletter that I hope you enjoy.

Don’t worry…it will not be all about boring Real Estate.

I will make sure there are plenty of pictures & details of my many

adventures in each issue!

Each month I will try and share with you the cool places Mom &

Dad take me and the goofy things my brother Leo does. I will also

be telling you about some friends that I have met while working

with Mom & Dad. Make sure and read each newsletter carefully,

you never know when I may talk about you!

Raving Fans of the Month Kimbo & Brenda Owens

Kimbo & Brenda are avid Real Estate investors with rental properties in South OKC

& Moore. Kimbo is a Moore Firefighter, as well as a homebuilder in the Yukon area

and Brenda works for Frank’s Tomato House. They have four children and two

grandchildren. Their hobbies are riding their Harley’s and going to Thunder Valley

to race Kimbo’s rear engine dragster. Brenda also loves to travel to Japan to see

her Grandson and to Florida to see her Granddaughter.

Kimbo and Leslie have been friends since they were kids and terrorized

homeowners along Janeway in Moore, so if you want to find out the dirt on Leslie,

just ask Kimbo!

The Owens were chosen as this month’s raving fan because they are a referral

machine! The have told all of their friends and family about Royalty Real Estate

and as a result we have been blessed to sell Kimbo’s dad’s house, help their beauti-

ful Daughter, Mandi (pictured above) and Brenda’s Aunt & Uncle find their dream

homes and have been able to help countless others.
