In the TupperWave® 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, place first 8 ingredients(through salt) and mix with a Saucy Silicone Spatula until well-combined. Microwave uncovered on high power 4–5 minutes, or untila toothpick comes clean. Remove from microwave and cool.

Using an Ice Cream Scoop, form cake into small balls and presstogether. Place on a baking sheet lined with a Silicone Wonder™ Mat.Place candy melts in TupperWave® 1¾ Qt./1.75 L Casserole.Microwave on high power 1–2 minutes and mix until smooth.

Hold the truffle on a fork and dip into melted candy until completelycovered, allowing excess to drip back into container. Place on bakingsheet and decorate with assorted sprinkles, or drizzle a contrastingcolor over the top to make designs. Chill in refrigerator until chocolateis set.

Use any excess melted chocolate for the Chocolate Trail Mix Barkrecipe below.

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 eggs

½ cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup cocoa powder

¼ tsp. baking powder

¼ tsp. salt

14 oz./395 g bag candy melts

assorted sprinkles

Drop by tablespoons onto baking sheet lined with Silicone Wonder™

Mat. Chill in refrigerator until firm.

¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed

½ cup sweetened shredded coconut

½ tsp. Simple Indulgence™Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning Blend

½ cup toasted nuts, walnuts or pecans

½ cup dried cranberries

1 cup oatmeal

4 tbsp. honey

Granola Drops

Place chocolate candy melts in the Vent N Serve™ Small Roundcontainer. Microwave uncovered on high power for 1 minute; stir witha Saucy Silicone Spatula and continue to microwave in 15 secondincrements until chocolate is smooth.

Dollop tablespoons of chocolate onto a baking sheet line with aSilicone Wonder™ Mat. Sprinkle evenly with trail mix. Chill inrefrigerator until chocolate has set.
