IMPORTANT 4HONLINE ACTION NEEDED
Thank you for re-enrolling for the current 4-H year. We are about 87% complete.
One important document (release of liability), however, was not included in that registration process this
year - It needs to be signed by all parents in our 4-H program for each youth member.
Please copy and paste the following link into your web browser: http://iowa.4honline.com to log-in to
your family account. It will immediately force you to the correct page and request a typed signature. One
signature will suffice for all youth in your family.
Your prompt attention to this will be appreciated. THANK YOU to those of you who have completed
this step!! I am sorry for the confusion and inconvenience!
Please call me at the Extension Office with any questions, 319-337-2145.

(regardless if they have participated prior) and to any
