Twenty Four (24) Template 1 from Fabric A

COnStruCt IOn
Sew all rights sides together with ¼"seam allowance.
•Start by assembling together Template 1 with Template 2 with the following fabrics:

•Now, assemble Template 3 with Template 4 with the following fabrics:
•Assemble Template 5 with Template 6 with the following fabrics:

•Now, pair an 7 3/4’’ square from Fabric A with an Template 1-2 from Fabric A-B as diagram below:
•You will pair twelve (12) pieces in total
•Repeat the same process with Template 1-2 from Fabrics A-C
•You will pair twelve (12) pieces in total

• 5 to 6 medium sized buttons

•now, pair A-B piece with another A-B piece as diagram below
•Repeat the same process until you have six (6) half moon block

•Now, take an Template 3-4 from Fabric A-C and pair with with another Template 3-4 from fabric A-C .
•Repeat the process for two more A-C pieces.
•Rotate one of the pieces and pair it with the previous Template 3-4 as diagram below
•Repeat the same process from above so you have a total of two Block 3
•now, pair A-C piece with another A-C piece as diagram below
•Repeat the same process until you have six (6) half moon block

•now, assemble Block 1 and Block 2 row as diagram below
•You will repeat the same process for another row but you will have the half moon looking down

•Take one Block 3 and pair on the top part, one 30 ½’’ x 3 ½’’ strip from Fabric A
•Now, take the other Block 3 and pair on the bottom part, one 30 1/2’’ x 4’’ strip from Fabric A

•Now, take an Template 5-6 from Fabric A-B and pair with with another Template 5-6 from fabric A-B.
•Repeat the process for two more A-B pieces.
•Rotate one of the pieces and pair it with the previous Template 5-6 as diagram below

•now, take block 4 and take two (2) 5 ½’’ x 20 ½'' rectangle strips from Fabric A and pair one on each side of the block as diagram below
•set aside

•Now, take Block 3 and pair it with block 4
•Then take another Block 3 and pair it next to the other piece as diagram below.
•set aside

•Now, take four (4) 2 ½’’ x 22 ⅛’’ strip from Fabric A and pair them together creating one large strip.
•Repeat the same process for the other four (4) 2 ½’’ x 22 ⅛’’ strips from Fabric A.

•Now, take two (2) 3’’ x 22 ⅛’’ strip from Fabric D and pair them together.
•You will have a large strip
•Repeat the same process for the other two strips from Fabric D.
•Repeat the same process for Fabric E

•Take one strip of Fabric D and pair it with an Fabric E strip.
•Repeat the same process for the reaming strips from Fabric D and E.

•Now, take all of your pieces and assemble them as diagram below:

•Now, take your BACKING fabric and place it with the main piece, wrong sides facing.
•Sew all around, leaving 34'' of opening on the bottom or top side of your duvet.
•Take your 2'' x 34'' strip from Fabric A and fold it in half and sew it on the edge of the top part of the opening of your duvet, this will be where your buttons will be placed.
•Repeat the same process for your Backing side, by taking your 2'' x 34'' strip from Fabric C
•Measure every 5'' or so and place a mark on where your will make your button holes.
•Flip your duvet inside out and sew your buttons facing inside so they are invisible
•To secure your duvet, top stitch all around at a ¼''
