This project was all about the bang for our buck. We added a tile backsplash to an existing kitchen, replaced the fireplace surround, and remodeled the guest bathroom. The bathroom remodel consisted of removing the fiberglass bathtub/shower surround, vanity, and mirror. We installed a new tile shower with bypass doors, new vanity with drawers, and a new medicine cabinet instead of mirror.

This renovation was a kitchen and guest bathroom remodel. We replaced all kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and appliances. We added a new lighting plan for the kitchen and a new tile backsplash. We removed an old fiberglass bathtub/shower surround, vanity, mirror, lighting, and toilet in the guest bathroom. We installed a new tile shower, tile floor, vanity, mirror, and lighting. There was an old window in the bathroom that didn’t allow the natural light in, so we replaced the window.

The entire interior and exterior of this beach house was renovated into a year round home. The open feeling was kept with as much natural light as possible to provide year round comfort. All electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems were updated. The kitchen, all living spaces and two bathrooms were opened up and fully renovated. A powder room and laundry room were added. On the exterior we replaced and added windows and doors, changed the siding and roof, and added a front screen porch and outdoor shower.

This addition was located within the historic district of Lewes. The existing house is over 200 years old. We built an addition on the back of the house. The purpose of the addition was to create an additional seating/entertainment area for the owners and guests. The addition is close to the kitchen with an open floor concept so it will be easy to entertain guests.
