Groups can invite Fans as soon as their Fan Club is set up.

Each Group’s Sellers (participants, students, athletes) should invite their 25 biggest fans, family members and friends. This process is critical to the success of every fundraiser, so we’ve created a custom flyer for every group to help them quickly accomplish this process through our mobile app.

Once each group’s Sellers (participants, students, athletes) invite their Fans, we’ll send out a series of welcoming emails to reward their Fans with free perks before inviting them to attend upcoming events and make donations.

Crowdfunding

Online donation campaigns have proven to be the most effective way to quickly raise support. On average, students raise $220 each from their biggest fans - family members and friends, over a 2-week period. As a result, a team of 30 students can quickly raise over $6,500 annually.

Students (Sellers) use the Fan Club Fundraising mobile app to invite fans.

The FCF system send out a series of 5 donation emails to all newly invited fans over the following 2-week period.

Additionally, parent volunteers and coaches work extremely hard to spread the word about their upcoming events without an email list.

This is a problem that our event calendar solves with every Fan Club we deliver.

In addition to the option to accept an RSVP, we send email reminders to all invited and active fans, as well as push notifications to Fans who have downloaded the mobile app.

Fan Club TV6

Fan Club TV helps Group Leaders broadcast and record live events, publish vLog style video updates, and record promo videos for upcoming events in a single step.

Any Fan or Group Leader can broadcast any event for other Fans to watch and we’ll publish the name of the videographer, along with the date and time of each recording in order to maintain a high level of accountability.

For privacy purposes, only Fans following your Group will have access to watch your events with Fan Club TV.

All live videos are recorded using the YouTube API and can be found outside of the Fan Club Fundraising application on our YouTube channel under a playlist for your Group.

Fans receive an email and app alert when a group they follow starts broadcasting.

Affiliate - An approved organization assisting Fan Club Fundraising with the acquisition of new Registered Groups through either direct or indirect marketing and sales efforts.

Average Donation: This is the average donation value received over the reported period for your group(s).

Donors - User that purchases fundraising products in support of one or more Registered Groups or makes online contributions and donations with a credit card through the FCF Software or mobile contributions with the provided text-to-give phone number and mobile giving short code.

Fan Clubs - The FCF Software or any affiliate’s software as platform delivered on behalf of Registered Groups to help Group Leaders better manage and track fundraising activities, help equip Group Participants / Sellers and Parent Participants with additional resources to sell more fundraising products in less time, broadcast live video, communicate directly with students, and to help better connect Donors with Registered Groups as well as offer tax exempt organizations tax-deductible and mobile text-to-give via carrier billing options.

Fans - Users who register with FCF and join one or more FCF Registered Groups.

Fan Invites - This is the number of Fans who have been invited to join your Fan Club by one of your Sellers or Fans. Fans are typically friends, family members, or neighbors of your Sellers. Invited Fans become an active Fan by joining your Fan Club, purchasing a product, or making a donation. An invited Fan’s invitation will expire after 6 months, up until this time, invited Fans will receive your Fan Club emails.

Fan Invites Goal: Historically, every Fan Invitation sent is worth $11 in future donation value. The number shown here is the number of Fan Invites that we estimate you’ll need to reach your set goal.

FCF Software - The fanclub.org website or affiliate’s website and any accompanying mobile Software.

FCF Fees - Fan Club Fundraising’s fees are broken into the following two categories, Admin Fees and Platform Fees.

Groups - Any group with an established Fan Club Fundraising account

Group Leaders - Authorized representatives of one or more Registered Groups that have signed this Agreement and serve as the administrator of the Registered Group’s Fan Club.

Group Participants / Sellers - Individuals of a Registered Group, including but not limited to students thirteen (13) years of age or older, parents of students under thirteen (13) years of age, members, affiliates, and employees, that use the FCF Software to promote and sell fundraising products and request online and mobile donations for the Registered Group.

Group Fans: This is the year-over-year total number of Fans who are still following your group(s). Fans can initially join your Fan Club by invitation, purchasing a product, or making a donation.

Group Sellers: Individuals who have access to sell your products and invite their family members, friends, and neighbors to join your Fan Club(s). Sellers must renew their Seller eligibility every 6 months.

Group Leader - This is monthly, quarterly, or annually recurring licensing revenue that a Client pays for access to our SAAS platform.

Group Transactions - Transactions are the total number of donations received by your Group over the reported period.

Group Profit - Group Profit reflects the amount of money that each group retains after applicable Fan Club Fundraising platform and admin fees. (i.e. Credit card processing, administrative, and product support fees)

Platform fees are our primary source of revenue and they support the ongoing use and development of our software. These flat fees are predictable and they are not dependent on your group’s performance. We’ve designed these fees to deliver the highest possible profits for you.

Our Admin Fees cover the costs associated with processing credit cards on your behalf (2.9% + $0.30) and the monthly administrative costs of reconciling, reporting, and distributing your collected funds (2.1%). By keeping our Platform Fees separate from our Admin Fees, we’re able to operate with greater efficiency, accountability, and transparency.

Invitation Value: This is the value of an email invitation for your group(s). For example, if you invite 100 people to support your group, and you receive 10 donations totaling $500, then your value per email invitation is $5.00. The more invitations your Sellers send out, the more money your Fan Club will raise.

Parent Participant - Parent of Group Participant / Sellers using the FCF Software to promote and sell fundraising products and request online donations.

Percentage of Group Profit Earned - This is the percentage of profit that your Group retains after applicable Platform Fees and Admin Fees.

Registered Groups - Any for-profit and non-profit organizations utilizing the FCF Software or any affiliate’s software as a platform to facilitate fundraising activities and events.

School - Any educational institution that contains Registered Groups that may result in the sharing of Educational Records (as later defined herein) on FCF Software.

Seller / Student - This is a Registered Member / User who has opted in to receive ongoing marketing emails from Abenity.

Seller / Parent - This is a Registered Member who has completed a successful login with the last 8 weeks of data date.

Tax Deductible Donation - Any direct donation through the FCF website or mobile application made to a 501(c)(3) Registered Group. In order to be a FCF 501(c)(3) Registered Group, the Registered Group must provide FCF with the Registered Group’s 501(c)(3) Exemption Letter received from the Internal Revenue Service.

Total Raised: This is the total value of funds raised from product sales and donations over the reported period for your group(s).

User - Any Fan, Donor, Group Leader, Group Participant /Seller or any other individual that downloads the FCF Software or otherwise registers to join FCF.
