Abstract:

This paper discusses the relationship between Adobe products and Photography, and how the problems occurs in Adobe products might impact the photography

Introduction

Photographers relay on Adobe products to improve their pictures, and to design posters, magazines covers, or even editing pictures. As David D Busch said in 2015," There is so much power in Photoshop CS that if you are a photographer and do not use all the tools it has to offer, you are putting a crimp in your creativity, and seriously restricting your flexibility ".*

Based on David D Busch, we can see the importance of Adobe products for photographers, and how they rely on them. So there is a strong relationship between them. Thus, an error or a problem in Adobe products will seriously impact photographers, and photography in general.

Methodology

I collected the data from three online sources:

www.Helpx.adobe.com which is the main website for the company to use as a reference to solve problems.

www.Forums.Adobe.com . This is an online forum the company designed to help Adobe users, and allow them to ask questions about the products.

www.lancelhoff.com . This is a reliable, technical website that offers solutions to different programs, including Adobe products.

How can problems, and sudden errors in Adobe products impact photographers?

Photographers, and video designers spend hours editing their pictures, and videos to produce a professional work. If an error occurs suddenly and cause the program to shut down by itself will cause a lost in the work that have been done to the data that have not

been saved. This will result in less confidence and trust in adobe products from photographers, and they will start using other alternatives, which will cause a big loss for the company.

How can we solve these problems, and improve the quality of Adobe products?

Such problems can be solved. The company needs to do several steps to solve any problem:

1. Conduct a research to know the possibilities that causes an error, or a problem to occur.

2. Establish a technical team with high efficiency that will solve the problem.

3. Finding a permanent solution instead of a temporary ones. This will save the users time for not doing the same process every time an error occurs, and will improve the products quality.

Conclusion

Adobe products and photography have a strong bound. Many photographers, and video editors, use Adobe products. Increasing the efficiency of the products, and eliminate problems as much as possible will result in a high confident, and trust on the company products.
