10th Annual Franchisee Satisfaction Awards
Franchise Business Review created the FBR50 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards to pay tribute to companies that are “doing it right”— putting their franchisees first and focusing on the things that matter most when it comes to the health of their systems.
This year’s recipients of our prestigious FBR50 award are the 200 elite franchise brands that made our 10th annual Top 200 Franchises list. They truly represent the best in franchising.
Congratulations to the winners!

“ Our experience with Franchise Business Review has been one of value — not only in driving interest in our brand, but in helping us provide better service to our existing owners.”
– Kathleen McKay, Franchise Development Manager,
Home Instead Senior Care
“ Franchise Business Review provides a terrific service as third-party validator of the strengths and weaknesses of any franchise program. We love their approach, which is statistically valid and reliable. At CertaPro, we need this type of feedback to continue to be a great franchisor!”
– Charlie Chase, President/CEO, CertaPro Painters
“ I highly recommend the FBR survey. You’ll have a shortcoming in your system if you’re afraid to ask franchisees what they think.”
– Don Fox, CEO, Firehouse Subs
“ We need to understand how our franchisees are feeling and we want to hold ourselves to a higher standard. With Franchise Business Review, we are able to benchmark Snap-on against our past performance and hundreds of other systems as well. With the use of rapid continuous improvement, Franchise Business Review helps us improve our system.”
– Barrie Young, President, Sales and Franchising, Snap-on Tools

10 Franchises Honored for Being on FBR’s Top 200 Franchises List for 10 Consecutive Years
2015 is a perfect 10 in many ways. It marks Franchise Business Review’s 10th year in business and 10 franchises making our Top 200 Franchises list for 10 years in a row. Their consistent placement is proof that their franchisees are among the most satisfied in the nation.
To acknowledge the achievement of these exceptional franchises, we are happy to announce the launch of our inaugural Franchise Business Review (FBR) Hall of Fame. Its members will henceforth be known as FBR Hall of Famers.
We thought it would be fun to highlight how our Hall of Famers have changed over the years, so asked each to provide us with a historic photo and share achievements they are particularly proud of. We compiled the information below.
It is clear that satisfied franchisees help franchise systems thrive. We look forward to seeing which franchises will make our FBR Hall of Fame next year.
