VBs regIstratIon for children entering 1st - 4th grades in the Fall of 2013 begins today in the lower level of both campuses.

VBs serVants are needed the week of June 24-28 in a variety of capacities including guides, drama, crafts, games and preschool. Not here June 24-28? A big need we have this year is for sets and props that need to be done ahead of time - a great project for a group of friends! Contact Chris Sarros, [email protected], or sign up on the lower level at the West Campus.

Important VBs dates Guide Meeting for adult and youth guides is Tuesday, June 4, from 7-8:30 at the West Campus. Supper Sing for all adult and youth VBS staff is Tuesday, June 11, from 6:30 - 8:30 at the West Campus.

kIngdom roCk, this year’s VBS for 1st-4th grade (as of Fall 2013), will take place at the West Campus June 24-28, from 9:00 am-12 pm. Preschool VBS and child care are provided for children whose parents serve.

saturdaY mornIng men’s BIBle studY meets at 7:30 a.m. in West Campus Room 103. Join us for Bible study, coffee, and Christian fellowship.

men’s praYer group meets to pray Tuesday mornings, 6:00-7:00 a.m. in room 204, East Campus. We pray for our families, pastors, staff, church mission trips and youth events, our country’s leaders, etc. Come join us!

graduates If you have a graduate in your home, either high school or college , please stop by the Welcome Center and fill out a form for the church office. We would like to honor our graduates on the Website.

trek summer Challenge trIp Registration is now available for our bi-annual Houseboat Trip, July 28 - August 2, to Bulls Shoals Lake, Arkansas. This trip is for incoming 9th - 12th graders. Cost is $495 and registration materials are available in TREK and also online at fbcg.com.

Jr. hIgh summer adVenture trIp : To kick off the summer, Souled Out students, incoming 7th and 8th graders, are going on an Adventure Weekend to Expeditions Unlimited in Baraboo, Wisconsin! Students leave June 14 and return June 17. The trip cost is $210. Sign up before June 2 for $195. Informational fliers are available in Souled Out and online at fbcg.com.

BuIlt to last invites you to hear our Director of Children’s Ministry, Chris Sarros, present “Spiritual Formation of Children” on May 19 and Jun. 2. Built to Last is for young married couples in their 20s-30s, whether newly married or starting a family. The group meets at 10:45 a.m. in West Campus Room 103.

roYal famIlY kIds Spa Day volunteers are needed. Spa Day is Tuesday, June 11. Volunteers arrive around noon and stay through the afternoon. It is a great way to serve these young ladies by giving them the royal treatment. If you are interested in helping please contact Leanne Gramley at [email protected].

roYal famIlY kIds needs lots of hands to help with the laundry after camp. If you are willing to wash and dry a bag of bedding over the weekend of June 14th, please contact Ellen Patton at [email protected].

meXICo famIlY mIssIon trIp There are preliminary plans for a mission trip to Mexico over Thanksgiving break (Nov.23-30, 2013). The approximate cost is $1600/person. If you are interested and want more details contact Pastor Bruce McEvoy at [email protected].
