Along with the complete renovation of its four-star, Belle Epoque property, this Great Hotels of
the World member is improving its online distribution and reservation management.
Paris—July 8, 2010—FastBooking, one of the world’s leading providers of advanced Internet
booking systems and e-marketing solutions for the hospitality industry, has been selected by the
Grand Hôtel Suisse-Majestic as its partner for channel management and e-booking solutions. The newly
renovated Grand Hôtel Suisse-Majestic, located on the banks of Lake Geneva in Montreux, Switzerland, will
use FastBooking Updater to streamline management of rates and availability on its Internet distribution sites.
The hotel will also replace its existing online booking system with the FastBooking Engine, the industry’s
most comprehensive, high performance Internet booking engine.
FastBooking Updater is a powerful Internet-based channel management solution with sophisticated updating
functionalities. The system enables hoteliers to update rates, availability and many more options across
distribution websites from a single interface.
“This single-click functionality really seduced us. It saves us hours of time each week and really simplifies our
channel management tasks enormously,” says Virginie Schumacher, Sales and Group Coordinator for the
Grand Hôtel Suisse-Majestic.
FastBooking Engine combines advanced merchandising facilities with an intuitive, user-friendly booking
interface that results in higher conversion rates and greater revenues. All the hotel’s special offers and
packages can be easily promoted. The proven, three step booking process encourages clients to book
additional high-value services or add options.
The Grand Hôtel Suisse-Majestic recently ended a nearly nine-month long top-to-bottom renovation
program. The building has been reborn in the spirit of the 1870’s Belle Époque that was the hotel’s original
splendor. The number of rooms increased to 156 each with a view of the mountains or the lake and all

establishment with all the requisite amenities and services. Clearly, our online booking system has to be on

FastBooking have the technical solutions, we were impressed with their understanding of our business. They
really positioned themselves as our partner in defining long-term solutions that respond to our specific
