Setup your monthly Auto-Delivery Rewards (ADR) Order. We recommend a 200 point ADR to take advantage of the free Online Prospecting System. See the appendix, page 11 for ADR suggestions.

Print the Fast Start Guide at www.oneteamglobal.com and begin to create a list using “The 4 Networks In Your Life”

on page 5.

Follow your sponsor’s coaching and go through steps 1-5 of GETTING STARTED at www.oneteamglobal.com:

5. Watch: “The Success Plan”

Identify your “WHY” and your initial goals using page 4 in the Fast Start Guide.

Schedule a strategy session with your sponsor to review your goals and to map out your plan of action.

Get into action. You’ll often hear that “training doesn’t work, but work trains.” What that means is that the only way to really learn this business is by “doing the business” – which means talking to people to recruit customers &

distributors to build your team.

System 7 System 7 is an “operating system” comprised of 7 habits and 7 steps to the workflow for building a successful Nu Skin business. While there is great flexibility within this system, these are fundamentals which guide all distributors, new & veteran alike. System 7 - Success Habits

1. 15 Presentations per month2. 100% Product User (use at least 25 NuSkin products in your home

3. ADRa. 200 PSV Personal ADR Monthly

b. ADR order ships by the 5th of each monthc. Maintain at least 10 Circle Group ADRs monthly. This includes retail customers

4. Read 20 minutes daily (see the recommended reading list)5. Listen to recommended CDs and to the daily calls (see the recommended lists)

6. Attend all meetings recommended by The System & your sponsor7. Be a Team Player

Sign Up a New Distributor

• Have all the following information;NameSocial Security Number or SIN*AddressPhone NumberEmail addressBirthdaySponsor ID

• Call 1 (800) 487-1000. Follow as prompted.

• When customer service picks up, tell them you want to sign up a new distributor and place their order.

• They will ask you for your ID# and will prompt you for the new distributor information, listed above.

• The new distributor will then be given an ID #. WRITE THIS NUMBER DOWN.

• You will want to set up their username and password for online access to their account as well.

• Username: firstnamelastname (no spaces) example johndoe

• Password: 123456 (Once the account is set up, you can then place orders on their account.)

Sign Up a New Customer

• Have all the following information;NameAddressPhone NumberEmail addressSponsor ID

• Call 1 (800) 487-1000. Follow as prompted.

• When customer service picks up, tell them you want to sign up a new customer and place their order.

• They will ask you for your ID# and will prompt you for the new customer information, listed above.

• The new distributor will then be given an ID #. WRITE THIS NUMBER DOWN.

• You will want to set up their username and password for online access to their account as well.

• Username: firstnamelastname (no spaces) example johndoe

• Password: 123456 (Once the account is set up, you can then place orders on their account.)

Once you have registered the new Distributor or Customer, you will be able to order their kit or kits during the same phone call.

To place the order, complete the following steps:

1. You will need their credit card #, expiration, name on card, zip code for credit card billing address, and security code.

Place their initial order selecting the starter kit or kits from the list in the appendix.*Note: the only required purchase is a not for profit $25 Business Portfolio

2. Set up their 200 PSV ADR (Again, selecting from the list in the appendix.) (a minimum 100 PSV ADR is required to receive a commission check. (US distributors)) Being a “product of the products” is essential for your success.

*The SSN or SIN is required for distributors because when a distributor earns commission, NSE is required to report the income to the IRS or CRA and issue a 1099 or T4A to the distributor.

120 DAY SUCCESS PLAN DESCRIPTIONThe 120 Day Success Plan is designed to help you become a Ruby Executive* in Nu Skin in your first 4 months (or as quickly as possible). Becoming a Ruby Executive can change your life. It’s the first level of real leadership that’s not only recognized by Nu Skin, but it is rewarded with an expense-paid “Success Trip” where you and a guest will be pampered & honored. You’ll also be exposed to people and ideas that will help you set & reach even greater goals.

The 120 Day Success Plan puts you on a path to Ruby right from your very 1st day. The components of the Plan are:

1. The 120 Day Success Plan Journal

The 120 Day Success Plan Journal is a highly recommended tool. It will cover 120 days of your life. It will help, to focus you on the DAILY activities you need to be productive and effective.

2. Participation in CORE Team Calls daily

Core Team Calls are where you and your 2 closest friends in the Nu Skin business share success stories and overcome obstacles you will face as you build your business. Core calls are arranged among yourselves and you will speak to each other daily.

3. Participation in a RUBY or Blue Diamond Call weekly

Ruby & Blue Diamond Calls. Once each week you will participate in a Ruby Call. This is a conference call where you have the opportunity to learn from other successful leaders in Nu Skin. As a Ruby or greater, you will participate on a Blue Diamond Call. The Ruby & Blue Diamonds calls are conducted by an upline Ruby Executive or higher who is part of your Nu Skin upline. You will receive coaching and training. You will learn how to invite and present. You will participate in helping others on the team with 3 way calls.

4. The Success Plan duplication model

The Success Plan Duplication Model. This video is an excellent description of how you want to build your Ruby business. You can watch this video behind the login at www.oneteamglobal.com under the GETTING STARTED link. As you view this video and begin to build your group, follow the model as closely as you can. Your organization will never appear exactly like it shows you but you should strive to duplicate it as depicted in the video. By building your team in this way you will create an organization with depth and strength. Learn how the money flows out of the Nu Skin Sales Compensation Plan as you follow this model.
