We cultivate our fruit and vegetables using organic techniques, respecting

the cycle of seasons, and challenging the rocky lands that make

irrigation complex, but that also give our crops the mineral properties that

make them particularly tasty.

Taking care of our healthy, luxuriant orchards and vegetable gardens has

become our main pastime. We manually harvest the produce, which

is the crucial moment in which all our efforts and dedication are paid off; each

fruit that our land gives us represents the result of hard work, which always brings

us extreme satisfaction.

Among our cultivations, there are the Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGP,

Radicchio Variegato di Castelfranco IGP, white and green asparagus,

pumpkins, courgettes, tomatoes, beans, and ancient fruits. We ensure

sustainability for our crop rotations, vineyards, aromatic plants,

and flower hedges for our bees

BiodiversityOur cultivations are completely organic, and they have also been

given the Biodiversity Friend certification This certification examines all

organisms and microorganisms that live in our cultivated land and evaluates the

soil, air, and water quality.

Our countryside is rich in biodiversity and we seek to safeguard, increase,

and respect all the living species that inhabit it. In order to do so, we plant

and maintain unique rural hedges, and strategically place nests,

insect “hotels”, and much more.

• Our core value is to protect the environment, and we do it with

pride and determination. For this reason, we perform active recycling,

also making sure that the packaging we use is recyclable, and we

autonomously produce clean energy for our company through photovoltaic

panels. In other words, we do not like to waste, and we do our best to

manage our farm in the most sustainable way.

The kitchen is the place where we experiment with unique recipes,

Following this approach, we develop great combinations of flavors

through the production of sweet fruit compotes, vegetables in oil,

Sweet compotesIn our kitchen we use freshly harvested fruit to make delicious, colorful

compotes. They are prepared at low temperatures in

a vacuum-sealed cooker, and they are sweetened with organic brown sugar.

In some recipes, we use flavourful fruit from ancient varieties, which

we harvest from our orchards, and they are combined with flowers,

spices, and exotic fruit.

Besides being great for a delicious breakfast, our sweet compotes are

used in pastry-making, to stuff croissants, in creamy desserts, or to

accompany a baked cake. Some unique flavors of our sweet compotes also

pair well with some types of cheese.

Vegetable spreadsOur spreads are made with approximately 90% vegetables harvested

from our gardens. The freshly harvested vegetables are brought into our kitchen,

where they are immediately trimmed, cleaned, and delicately cooked

and seasoned with selected ingredients. Then, they are sifted

to obtain delicious, creamy spreads.

Our vegetable spreads are widely used for appetizers, as a sauce for main

dishes, or as a side for meat, fish and seafood. They are delicious spreads for

focaccias, paninis, Italian flatbreads, and sandwiches,

Being able to enclose colours, fragrances, and flavours of different seasons

in a jar is something magical to us!

• The fresh harvested vegetables we use to make our pickled vegetables

and vegetables in oil are prepared

and cooked with closed attention and at low temperatures.

They are then manually put into jars and seasoned with spices

or aromatic herbs to enhance their flavours. They are submerged in

organic oils or apple vinegar.

Our Pickled Vegetables and Vegetables in oil are used in the preparation

of appetizers, finger food, delicious bruschettas and focaccias.

They are a great side for white and red meats, meat or fish carpaccio,

and cold cuts. They are widely used to make gourmet paninis.
