ENGR. HASIM OYEKAN
CHAIRMAN
Engineer Hasim Oyekan is the Chairman of Farmah Energy Services Limited. A thorough-bred professional who has delivered at the top level of his profession and in public service. An engineer by training with over five decades of professional experience with over three decades as board member and chairman board of directors of various companies. At different times he served as a commissioner for Environment and Physical planning in Lagos state. He was later commissioner for Agriculture, cooperatives and rural development.
He is an alumnus of the prestigious Government College Ibadan and the King’s College Lagos. studied Civil Engineering from the Tufts University and then a Masters in Structural Engineering from the University of California Berkeley both in the USA. He also holds a MBA ( Finance and Management Science) from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Chicago, Illinois, USA. He is a COREN member, Fellow Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), and a fellow of the Association for Consulting Engineering in Nigeria (ACEN). He brings to Farmah Energy many decades of corporate leadership experience as a public official, senior management and board member of numerous companies

ALHAJI ALIYU BALARABE SAULAWA
DIRECTOR
Alhaji Saulawa, a seasoned broadcaster, educationist and administrator, is an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and the University of Pittsburgh. He honed his skills in the service of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) in the 1960s. During his over two decade-career as an educationist, he was a teacher and an inspector of education with the then Northern Nigeria government. He was also a lecturer at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he oversaw the prestigious institution’s Administrative Training Programme.. As an administrator, he served in various capacities in the erstwhile North-Central State, the Public Service Review Commission (Udoji Review Commission) established the government of General Yakubu Gowon, Funtua Agricultural Development Project (World Bank/Federal Government Project) and also as General Manager of Nigerian Grains Board.
Alhaji Saulawa was the Chairman of Katsina State Development Fund Appeal Committee and also the Administrative Committee on Reorganisation of Katsina Agricultural and Rural Development Authority and Farmers Supply Company.

BOSURO GANIYU SUNDAY
DIRECTOR
Bosuro has over three decades of oil and gas legal and commercial experience. He joined
the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) over two decades ago as a legal officer
in the Corporate Secretariat and Legal Division. He has since worked as Secretary to the
Contracts Time Extension and Cost Committee of NNPC; a GEC Standing Committee set up
to review all NNPC Major Contracts Claims made by Contractors handling the various
Contracts in respect of time extension claims, stand-by claims, Variations etc. He was also
Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to National Engineering and Technical Company Limited
(NETCO) and then later Deputy Manager PSC Matters NAPIMS, covering the Legal Division of
the establishment.
Some of his achievements include review of major contracts such as the Bonny Export
Terminal Project (BET), NNPC Headquarters Building Project, NNPC Housing Estate, Abuja
Building Project, Buttanization Pipeline Project etc. His committee also saved the
Corporation several millions of dollars. Bosuro has a LLB and LLM in Law. He is a member
of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London (Nigeria Branch) MCI. Arb.
Mr. Bosuro brings to the Board of Farmah Energy Services a great wealth of knowledge
about the Nigeria oil and gas industry and legal and commercial expertise.

ABDULRAHEEM FAHM
DIRECTOR
Abdul is a Director and founder of Enservices Ltd and has 17 years experience in the provision of compliant and pragmatic advice to private and public sector clients on environmental matters. This has included pursuit or defence of regulatory intervention, and demonstration of environmental excellence for industrial clients. He has acted as clients Environmental Manager for major multinational Oil and Gas clients across Europe and Africa, both British Petroleum and ExxonMobil at Atkins Ltd and Parsons Brinckerhoff respectively and Environmental Affairs and Sustainability Manager for a large Bioenergy project, where he lead the development of the first Engineered Landfill in Sierra Leone. He has headed up teams involved in overseas environmental assignments including confidential projects.
Abdul is able to cover a wide communication spectrum to provide an appropriate level of support to clients, regulators, lenders and a host of project stakeholders on environmental related issues. Abdul has extensive overseas project experience, responsible for the management and coordination of portfolios of sites scheduled for divestment across Europe and Africa. This included the execution and management of an environmental services framework agreement with ExxonMobil. He was also responsible for the management of contractors, proposals/tender preparation, technical reporting, overall financial performance as well as cost control on all the projects. Abdul is currently responsible for the Environmental Business at CARES, and provides direction on a variety of full Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Environmental Management Systems support services, Environmental Audits, Waste management and other specialist studies for Oil & Gas, Maritime, Infrastructure and Water Resources Sectors

With over 20 years’ Strategy, Business Development, IT Consulting and Management, Enterprise Application Development, E-Commerce, Program/ Project Management and Execution experience acquired both locally and internationally in Finance Services, Management Consulting and IT industries, He is strategic in thinking, innovative in achieving objectives, efficient and effective in organisational management, program governance, project execution, operations management, service delivery and responsive to external and internal environments. He has managed a number of projects for oil and gas companies in Nigeria.
Wale is a graduate of Mechanical engineering from the University of Ibadan. He also possess a MSc in Information System development at the London School of Economics, UK and MBA in strategy, technology and entrepreneurship from the Cranfield School of Management, UK.

RITA OJEUZOR AMAGWULA (MRS)
DIRECTOR Rita is a banker of many years experience and currently a non executive director of Farmah Energy services Limited. Prior to joining the Farmah Energy team, she worked with United Bank for Africa Plc, former City Express Bank as Branch Manger and then later at Fidelity Bank Plc where she retired as a Branch Leader. She is very versatile in banking operations and raising funding.
Mrs. Amagwula was born about five decades ago in Port- Harcourt, River state of Nigeria from parents who both hail from the Aboh kingdom, in Delta State. She was educated at Woodlands Primary School, and Kabulonga Girls Secondary School both in Lusaka, Zambia Central Africa. Her University Education was at the University of Port-Harcourt where she obtained B.Sc (Hons.) in Banking and Finance. She later obtain a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Nigeria .
She is happily married. She is currently runs her own business. She brings to the board of Farmah Energy her indepth banking experience after many years in the industry, business administration expertise and her ability to engage with host communities.

YUSUF UTHMAN GBOLAHAN
DIRECTOR
Yusuf is a graduate of Urban and regional planning from the Obafemi Awolowo
University. He has over 17 years work experience in urban and regional planning
having worked with the planning board of both Lagos and Sokoto State.
He was also a project coordinator with a construction company. He currently
manages a automated security company with services ranging from CCTV
installation, automatic car park system, electric fence installation and maintenance.

OYEKAN ABDULRAHEEM ADEKOYEJO
DIRECTOR
Koye holds a Master’s degree in International business management from the
University of Surrey, United Kingdom and a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from the University of Kent, Canterbury. He have over a decade of
cognate work experience from consulting and industry. He worked with one of the
foremost indigenous consulting company – SIAO as a consultant trainee.
He also gathered useful work experience at the Nigerian National Petroleum
Corporation as a material management office and business development officer at
Afribank Securities Ltd.

ADESOKAN, IBRAHIM FEYISARA
GEOLOGIST Geoscientist with proficiency in regional geological studies and prospect evaluation
obtained from 9 years work experience on a range of assets from preliminary phase
to project execution, with exposure to green fields, marginal fields and brown fields
development and redevelopment for IOCs and marginal field operators within Niger-
delta basin, Benin basin, Equatorial Guinea basin, Chad basin, Gabon basin and
Mozambique basin. Possess advance petrophysical analysis skills (using Techlog,
Prizm and Powerlog), Seismic interpretation skills (using Petrel and Geographix),
Fault seal analysis skill (using Traptester) and 3D static reservoir modeling (using
Petrel), as well as strong uncertainty assessment and quantification capabilities.
Cumulative years of experience with an integrated asset and study team has
enabled me accumulate a broad knowledge of petroleum geosciences, including
sequence stratigraphy, well planning, reserve and resource estimation, drilling,
dynamic simulation, and gas processing.
He also has extensive experience using Microsoft office suite, such as Microsoft
Excel Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint. I am also very good with AutoCAD.
