A: Everyone can help by spreading the word about the benefit. You can also help by donating an item for both the silent and live auctions. We are accepting a variety of donations such as Gift Certificates/Cards, Golf Rounds, Vacation Packages, Basket Items, Event Tickets, Sports Memorbilia,, etc…no item too small. Please email us at [email protected] to arrange pick-up.

Q: How do I purchase tickets though this site using PayPal?
A: All online transactions are processed through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to create an account. It takes only moments to set-up and has long been known as a very secure means of purchasing items on-line. Q: Can events tickets be purchased at the benefit?
A: We prefer that all tickets be purchased online as this allows us to project the number of guests. If tickets cannot be purchased online, please RSVP for the event by emailing us at [email protected] So, I guess that’s a yes with a plea for everyone to purchase tickets online.
Q: What payment method can be used at the event for auction purchases?
A: We will accept cash, personal check, and credit cards
Q: Are donations and the purchases of event tickets and/or auction items tax-deductible?
A: Absolutely! We will provide receipts on hand for all purchases.
Q: Will alcoholic beverages be available for purchase?
A: Yes, there will be a fully stocked cash bar.
