What is fanzine

Fanzine is a magazine that is usually made by amateurs for fans of a particular performer, group or entertainment. These are magazines produced unprofessionally, normally bits of newspaper, sticking them together and photocopying this to produce scopes to be able to sell.

An example of fanzine would be sniffing glue. This is the name of a monthly punk zine started by Mark Perry in July 1976. The initial issues is that they only sold 50 copies, however this then after a while increased to 15,000.
