Fantastic Sea Monsters Travelling data sheet
Discover the most enthralling, enigmatic sea legends through the Fantastic Sea Monsters
exhibition. Our seas are populated by creatures that have sparked countless myths and legends,
due to their sheer size, strange shape, or baffling behaviour. Giant squids and octopi, whales,
narwhals, sharks, sea snakes, and leatherback turtles are fascinating creatures. Since the dawn of
time we have watched and tried to catch them in our lakes, seas… and the St. Lawrence
River! Thanks to a major production with photographs, ancient engravings, film clips, object and
artwork collections, multimedia, and even an interactive videogame (www.monstresmarins.ca),
discover fabulous animals and the scientific truths about them!
