IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
Parking: Buses and equipment trucks will go past the front of the HS on Berdan Ave, make the firstright onto Fairclough Pl, and the first right into the parking lot. Buses will be directed to park in thislot. Trucks will be directed to park in our lot on Burbank St., around the back of the school. There islimited spectator parking in this main lot, use on-the-street parking. Please be mindful of streetparking signs and restrictions.
Registration: Volunteers will be available to direct you to the parking area, to check you in and todistribute wristbands or hand stamps to students. A guide will be provided to escort your group.
Restrooms: Restrooms are located on the first floor only inside the HS. Restrooms are marked.No one is permitted on the second floor at any time. Restrooms at Sasso Field are located under thehome stands.
Member Re-Entry: Members will receive wristbands or hand stamps. They should re-enter at theSpectator Entrance.
Tickets: Tickets $10 for adults, $8 students & senior citizens will be sold at the Spectator Entrance.
Warm Up: Equipment will be unloaded in the parking lot on Burbank St (the first right before the highschool). Practice areas are nearby. Please do not practice in “no live music” and “no warm up”areas, as your sound will interrupt the competition.
Field Surface: The field is artificial turf with high school hashes.
Power on the Field: An extension cord will be located under the front of the home stands at the 50.
Retreat: Drum Majors (and section leaders or seniors) report to the Band Entry gate in uniform.Band Members should sit together in the Visitor’s Stands.
Meet & Greet (Critique): Meet & Greet (Critique) will take place in an outdoor area to be announced!
Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies will be awarded, as well as caption awards certificates.
Concessions/Souvenirs/Merchandise: All items for sale will be located at the Cutter Hut by theSpectator Entrance.
Credentials/Access: Directors and staff are invited to our Hospitality area at the HS for food andMeet & Greet (critique).
Competition Suite: Adjudicator commentary for all USBands ensembles can be located inCompetition Suite shortly after the conclusion of each ensemble's performance. Directors may grantaccess to the ensemble’s portal with staff/instructors, and may request help from USBandsrepresentatives to resolve any issues accessing Competition Suite.
