LOCATIONS
In 1973 Mike and Mary Vasquez acquired a
small Mexican restaurant in Corona,
California and renamed it “Miguel's” in
honor of Mike’s grandfather. With no
experience, the two decided to make an
attempt at the restaurant business. With
four small children, they struggled to make
a go of it. Mike kept his day job and worked
in the restaurant at night while Mary
developed dishes and recipes based on
those from her childhood in Mexico. By
1975, business was improving so much
they decided to open a fast food restaurant
down the road and named it "Miguel's Jr". It
was an instant success! Today there are 18
Miguel’s Jr Restaurants and three Miguel’s
Restaurants throughout the Inland Empire
and Orange County.
What makes us unique is our fresh food
from family recipes and our friendly
people. It is our promise to deliver the
freshest, best tasting California Mexican
food each and every day. We know you
