TOPS
Our goal is to enable players to develop their physical fitness, technical skills, courage, and self-esteem through the game of soccer.
TOPS sessions are held on Sunday afternoons at Creekview Park, Mechanicsburg, PA in the spring and fall. The TOPS program is open to any child, including children who live outside of the Cumberland Valley School district.
To register, please go to www.hmms-soccer.org and select the “TOPS Registration” button in the middle of the webpage. Every player receives a complete soccer uniform, and HMMS waives the late fee and the out-of-area fee for the TOPS program.
The HMMS Outreach Program for Soccer (TOPS) is a soccer program for children with special needs. A TOPS player is defined as any child (age 6-21) with a physical or mental disability, who would like to play on a team based on ability rather than age. Children with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other disabilities have thrived in the program.

Spotlighted Feature
Early Intervention Connections is on Facebook
There is no escaping digital
media and actually most of
us (even the most resistant to
technology and change) are
embracing the ease of
obtaining information and the
wealth of material that is
available!
Early Intervention Connections (EIC), the capital area’s Local Interagency
Coordinating Council, has it’s own Facebook Group. EIC focuses on families who
use Infant-Toddler and Preschool early intervention services. The purpose of this
group is for families and early intervention professionals to share information, as well
as a place for families to connect with one another. Membership is required and the
group is moderated. If you would like to join, please visit us on Facebook at:
