    Set Up Crew

At least six volunteers meet on the Sunday that Interfaith starts at 1:45pm tounload beds and belongings down a ramp into the building. You will be settingup three family rooms and the host room, making the beds and getting thefamily kitchen, dining, and TV room ready.

Evening Host It is helpful if this is an experienced volunteer who will arrive at 5 pm and be

in charge until 8:15 pm when the Overnight host arrives. You will greet theguests, make sure all volunteers sign in, and organize dinner that is brought inby a Sunday School class.

Overnight Host This needs to be two volunteers with one being male and one being female if

at all possible who will sleep at the church. Ensure that everyone is up andready with needed items by 7 am the next morning. They lock up thebasement unless it is a weekend morning when they either stay at the churchuntil 9 am (Saturday) or assist with breakdown on Sunday until 8 am.

    Activities Host

From Sunday through Friday nights, the activity host volunteers from 6:30-8:30 pm planning their own activity or just playing games or with toys withthe children and/or adult guests. This is a great opportunity for families tovolunteer!

Saturday Hosts From 9 am to 1 pm or from 1 pm to 5 pm, two volunteers are needed (each

shift) to be at the church or plan activities outside of the church for ourfamilies. Going to the playground, walks, or providing a movie outing aresome of the easy things that our hosts do on Saturdays.

Sunday Host From 8 am to 12 noon or from noon to 4 pm, two volunteers are needed (each

shift) to be at the Day Center on the corner of Central Avenue and MilledgeRoad. Depending on the guests staying at the Day Center rather than visitingwith their own church or family, it is often nice to plan some short activitieswith the guests, either at the Day Center or out in the community
