To view your account details click on the “Account Info” button


If you notice that your name, address, or phone number is incorrect, please contact the registrar at your child’s school.

You may change your Email address or password at any time. To change your password click on the “Change My Password” button.


You must enter your new password twice. For security reasons you must also type in your current password. Once all fields are completed, click the “Save” button.


You should now receive the “Password successfully changed” message.

Print or logout from any screen using these buttons.


To change your email click on the “Change My Email” button.


Type in your new Email address and for security reasons you must also type in your current password. Once you have completed all fields click the “Save” button.


You should now receive the “Email address successfully changed” message.


To view your child’s information click the “Student Information” link. If you have multiple students you will also need to select the student you would like to view.


Make sure the correct school is selected for the student you have chosen.


To view the student’s grades click the “Gradebook” link.


Email any teacher by clicking on the teacher’s name.

To view assignments and scores for a class, click on the term grade.

When you click on the term grade a new screen pops up to show all assignments and scores for that class. When you have finished click the “Close” button.


Click on the “Missing Assignments” tab to view any missing assignments.

Click on the “Comments” tab to view any comments the teacher made.


To view your child’s attendance click the “Attendance” link.


The three tabs on the attendance screen give you three different views: “Calendar”…


“By Day”…


or by “Term Totals.”


To view your child’s schedule click the “Schedule” link.

View under “Current Term” tab


View under “Current Year – All Terms” tab


To view your login history click the “Login History” link.


To access RevTrak to pay for lunches, click the “Food Service” link.
