Involves the usage of breastfeeding to help release the female hormones which is necessary for ovulation.

Lactational Amenorrhea Method

** Includes the following conditions for the effectiveness of this method:

The mother must consider the age of her baby. The mother must only feed her baby with breast milk. The mother must see to it that her infant gets her breast milk through her breast. She must not also have menses since giving birth.
