PRESENTATION OF CITY

History City is founded by Ioniţă Başotă in1780 and after grounding, Fălticenii, was populated by inhabitants of the village of Baia . Constantin Moruzi, asked „ to make new city .

• Fălticeni is a benchmark for national culture and science. After Bucharest and Iasi, Fălticeniul is the third city in the country in number of writers. Reported to the population, Fălticeniul lies first in Romania. The city formed the 16 academics, 12 generals, 60 doctors in culture and science.
