The Early Childhood Learning Center is accredited through The National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs. As an accredited center, we have been recognized as a program that exemplifies excellence in the care and education of young children.

Dr. P. Phillips Foundation Infant and Toddler CenterWe are now taking registrations for Infants, Toddlers and Twos. Our beautifully equipped classrooms include kitchen set-ups, soft and natural light and an abundance of age-appropriate materials. Your child will benefit from low infant-to-teacher ratio, consistency of care, and collaborative planning between parents and staff to reinforce each other’s efforts. How To Register

Taking their favorite classes while you work! J University After-School Program The JCC’s after-school program, J University, provides afternoon care for elementary-aged children. We offer bus transportation from area schools back to the JCC facility, where we provide a healthy snack and homework assistance with a low staff-to-child ratio. Our team of caring counselors runs educational and recreational activities to keep your child’s mind and body active.
