Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease! Wear your Arbor Acres Alzheimer’s t-shirt and walk the one or two mile course. Flow Yoga Wednesday, 9:15 am Yoga Flow is a yoga class that incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion. We will have standing and mat work in the class. All levels are welcome!

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Balance Friday, 10:30 am A key concept in TCA is to do as much loosening of joints, attaining good balance, and strengthening core muscles with as possible while using as little exertion as possible. Participants can do the exercises while standing or sitting.
