How to Book

Booking lines will open Monday 30 Septemberand will remain open until Monday 21 October.

To book any of the following activities please call the booking line on 01324 590940 or 01324 508566between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note, our booking lines can be very busy but do bear with us and keep trying. We appreciate your patience. Keep a note of your bookings on the inside back page as a wee reminder.

Payment is due at time of booking. All bookings will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis up to the maximum number for each activity.

Customer Statement• All coaches are disclosure checked.• Parents must be responsible for the safe arrival and collection of their

children.• Please ensure your child bring any medication they need and inform the

coordinator.• Photographs may be taken for promotional activities e.g. Falkirk Community

Trust website, printed materials, social media. If you have any objections to any of these activities please inform us during the booking process.

Cancellation policy• If an activity is cancelled for any reason, where possible an alternative will be

offered. • If there is no suitable alternative, a refund will be issued. Customer cancellation procedure• If cancelled within 48 hrs – no refund.• If cancelled within 5 working days – 50% refund.• If cancelled over 5 working days – full refund.

Rugby SchoolEvery player attending will receive rugby tailored to their age group. In secondary age groups they will have an Academy experience, with work on Nutrition, Psychology, Strength & Conditioning as well as specialist skills coaching.

Water Polo Shoot and Splash your way to victory in this high energy team sport.

AquaticsFun water based sports and activities, including Water Polo and Diving.

TennisWimbledon CampFun Tennis Camp providing indoor tuition on shot technique, shot selection, movement, rules and hand/eye coordination. The last day will finish with a mini festival. All participation will be registered with the LTA and receive a British player rating, with optional entry into the Wimbledon ticket ballot.

Tennis TasterA taster of Tennis providing fun introductory skills and information on further coaching available.

Term-Time ActivitiesWe love creating programmes for children during school holidays but we also have many activities which take place during term-time, allowing your child to continue to develop all year round!

TCSC Multi-Sport Camp

The Tryst Community Sports Club is regarded as a leading example of community sports delivery in Scotland. The club now boasts 15 different sports with over 500 members. Participants will have the choice of 4-6 sports per day ranging from Rock-It-Ball to Rugby; Cheerleading to Dance; Karate to Cricket; Tennis to Water Polo. The Warriors in the Community October Camp offers one of the most exciting football camps in Scotland. All activity takes place on the main pitch at Ochilview Park Stenhousemuir with delivery from Scottish FA qualified coaches. Players will take part in fun skills sessions, game related practices and small sided games; as well as experiencing theme days and quizzes with prizes up for grabs. All ability groups are welcome with players split into appropriate age groups with each day focussing on a different theme/skill/technique. Form to be completed and sent to Stenhousemuir FC, Ochilview Park, and Gladstone Road, Stenhousemuir, FK5 4QL (with correct payment). Cheque’s made payable to ‘Warriors in the Community’.

This course is for pupils 16 plus with an interest in Dance and enables successful candidates to lead small groups in simple dance activities. It is designed to help develop leadership skills such as organisation, planning, communication and teamwork within a dance setting. The course is mainly practical but there will be some written work to reinforce learning. Please Note. You must book and attend the full week. Candidates will be required to deliver dance activities with support at a later date after the course is completed.

As the excitement builds ahead of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, Falkirk Community Trust is holding an action packed day of sport to bring our October Holiday Programme to an end with a BANG!

You will experience a wide variety of Commonwealth Sports on the day. What’s more…if you sign up for the Extravaganza, you will be invited to attend our Pool Party where there will be music, Water-Polo, flumes, inflatables and lots more fun activities in the pool.*This day is not to be missed! Sign up early to avoid disappointment.

All Participants must:• Wear suitable clothing and footwear

to take part in sport.• Bring own lunch and drink.• Bring a towel and swimwear for pool

party and spare t-shirt to wear over swimwear. *Pool party is exclusively for those attending the Extravaganza – but if participants wish to leave at 3pm please just let our instructors know!
