ANNUAL AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF

THE RESORT DEVELOPMENT FUND (THE “FUND”) FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2017

Further to the announcement on the Malta Stock Exchange dated 17th October 2017 and the subsequent extension to 7 December 2017 granted by the Malta Financial Services Authority, the Board of Falcon Investment SICAV plc is pleased to announce the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2017 for the Resort Development Fund. As at 30 June 2017, the Fund had entered into 11 bond instruments with The Resort Group, 7 bond instruments with Oasis Atlantico and had acquired 10 units in Llana Beach Hotel S.A. (“Hotel units”) and another 3 units in White Sands Beach Hotel & Spa, Sociedada Unipessoal, S.A. (“Hotel units”). The Fund earned interest on these bond holdings and rental income from these Hotel units and this income is reflected in the profit and loss account. The Net Asset Value as at 30 June 2017 was €1.039 per Class A share and £1.186 per Class B2 share and the total equity was £7,578,018 as at 30 June 2017.
