A slum area is selected for serving the food

The women and children who collect for having lunch are first gathered in the form of a class and taught manners and duaas of eating. They are also taught sanitary etiquettes.

They are then taken towards Dastarkhuwaan in lines

Before eating, all of them are made to wash their hands properly

They sit in straight lines and eat quietly. No child is allowed to stand, talk unnecessarily, walk around or run while eating

After finishing their food they wash their plates themselves and leave

From the day we have started, Dastarkhuwaan Program is continuing in different slum locations of Islamabad on weekly basis

Whoever wants to contribute in this program may either donate cooked/uncooked food or sadaqa/zakat money.
