Fairdeal established 20 year ago, with manufacturing and service provider of Electric turnkey projects. It diversified its operation into automation and has experience more than 100 project

Fairdeal Also vasted its experience in manufacturing of PP fabrics & PP bags with capacity of 200 TON

In 2004 Fairdeal Added a venture in the name of Fairdeal Jumbo Packaging, the manufacturing of FIBC & jumbo bags and today ,it is doing business of 500 metric ton and export it to different country like UAE ,Europe, USA, Australia etc

Fairdeal Multifilament Pvt ltd

The Company laid it is foundation in the year 2013 with construction and procuring suitable land to start the project.

And in the year September 2015 Company Started its first commercial production.

The Plant installed, is 200 METRIC TON production per month and it has been designed and ready for its second production line which will increase the production capacity by 500 Metric ton has soon.

In the Span of one year company has achieved all the technical requirement required for Polyester High Tenacity Yarn according to market requirements in the field of Technical Textile .

Company is registered under ISO 9001:2015 & in process to acquire other necessary certificate required at client end.

Being Located at Industrial Hub area of India we are able to serve all domestic requirement and further we have started looking for the export market to serve our specialize product in yarn.

We are Supplying to all renewed Indian Manufacturer in the field of Technical Textile.

Technical Support for the company

Raw Material has Been Procured from renewed manufacturer:

POLYESTER CHIPS :Have been procured from “JBF Industries Ltd” In order to have easy and fast availability of the raw material we have specially develop the Polyester High IV Chips from Messer JBF INDUSTRIES LTD and with their technical support we have develop all range of product

SPIN FINSIH OIL :Have been procured from “TAKEMOTO JAPAN” Supplier help us to develop the Adhesive Activated Yarn technology which we are the only company in India who are manufacturing & Selling this product.The Supplier help us to develop and give their technical support for new product development every six month they have visit to our company to check the performance of the product.

CHIPS DRYING TECHNOLOGY: The Technology has been taken from USA Conair Company

COLOUR DOSING SYSTEM: The Technology has been taken from USA Conair Company

Company is located in the Industrial Hub of the City Ahmedabad where POWER Supply is Constant

We are located just 200 Km away from Mudra Port & 500 km from NhavaSheva Port.

We have in house lab Setup :To Check the Raw material & finished product.

We have technical & Engineering team to Support and give feedback for every concern.

We have Practice of International Packing Method to Pack our Yarn & Supply them,

PRODUCT DETAILS:

Polyester is a highly durable polymer: it has an improved wrinkle resistance, a high tenacity and a high colour retention.

Moreover, polyester polymer is less vulnerable to shrinkage in comparison to other polymers, it is very resistant to abrasion and it will not be affected by moisture. Polyester sinks because of the relatively high weight.

Polyester High tenacity yarn Dope dyed available in different shade like Red ,Black ,Yellow, Olive green, blue, etc. has good characteristics such as excellent light stability, uniform tenacity property, evenness of liner density. According to Client requirement We develop Different shade of colour
