Absence of QA Definition iof Requirements Confidence of PM and staff diminish. Search for excuses. Morale lowers Attempts to deliver, situation challenged by Staff / Client. Client dissatisfaction. Work rejected, out of sequence, re-work, no structure. Facing reality, realisation of what is needed, staff aligned Search for excuses, claims, meetings, commitmnets Morale lowers. Staff may leave - people with get up and go have got up and went. Plan must be 'bought into'; an illconceived plan thrust on the team will fail Performance / Compliance with contract etc. Plan must be bought into and be realistic Possible Result Possible Outcome Possible Result Reputational damage, Corportae surprise, PM blamed for not escalating, 'brushed under carpet' or captured under lessons learned.
