Two items required action. One was the deletion of the Master of Science in Physical Therapy program (ENHP), due to the introduction of a doctoral program. At the top of the page of the Program Review Tracking Sheet the Delete program box should have been checked, but the Revise Existing Program was checked instead. The proposal was passed subject to making this change.
