The strenghten in the partnership between Koelnmesse GmbH and Fiere di Parma SpA, through

the New Co. Koeln Parma Exhibitions Srl, allowed Cibus Tec to be part of the international circuit

of leading Food and Food Tec events, widening the appeal and the brand awareness worldwide.

The collaboration led to the creation of the largest permanent platform worldwide for food and

food tech sectors: thanks to Anuga, Cibus, ISM, Anuga FoodTec, ProSweets and Cibus Tec has been

Cibus Tec 2016 offered a rich program of over 30 workshops and educationals for all the food and beverage industry presenting the international best practices to more than 3.000 participants.

CONFERENCES

The most advanced processing and packaging technologies came alive at Cibus Tec. Three real working, highly automated lines showed visitors the different stages of processing and packaging of food products. The project, which is in its fourth year and distinguishes Cibus Tec from the other food tech events, presented lines for pre sliced cured meat, cheese wedges and stuffed biscuits.
