Specification overview

FILON Citadel sheets can be used for complete roof and

wall cladding in aggressive and corrosive environments

Resistance to chemicals

FILON Citadel sheets are manufactured to suit the conditions

that prevail, with strength and protective coating options

available.

Strength and durability

FILON Citadel sheets are supplied in one of two double

reinforced (DR) weights, or triple reinforced (Supasafe).

When fixed as recommended, DR achieves a class B non-

fragile rating. Triple reinforced Supasafe sheets provide Class

B non-fragility for the working life of the building. Standard

FILON GRP sheets are available when conditions are suitable

for their use.

Fire rated grades available

FILON Citadel sheets are offered in a range of fire retardant

grades, to meet current Building Regulations for fire safety.

From the expert in GRP... FILON Products has over fifty years experience in the

manufacturing of Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) by

continuous pultrusion to provide profiled and flat sheeting for

internal and external use.

The outstanding durability of Citadel sheets, coupled

with high strength and low weight has resulted in use for

aluminium smelting plants and coastal power stations.
