– Regular – T-Call (Respond to Schools in 48 Hours)– Emergency (Requires Phone Call in

addition to Maximo. Respond to Schools in 2 Hours)

Trouble Call (T-Call)• Replace/Repair exterior doors that can’t be

locked• Replace/Repair broken or missing slats or

window hardware for all window types due to vandalism to secure the areas.

• Replace/Repair glass windows.• Replace/Repair wooden steps and railing to

abate hazardous conditions• Repair minor roof leak• Report all live termite activity
