face 2015 – COMMUNICATION’S ANSWER TO RADICAL CHANGES IN ORGANIZATION’S ENVIRONMENT
Re-defining target groups and their needs
Ensuring understanding, orientation, and above all – meaning
Developing dialogue and multi-directional information flow
Environment, in which organizations are functioning, is quickly and significantly changing in socio-economical terms. More
industries have to re-invent themselves in the face of globalization, new technologies, greater transparency, radically
changing target group needs and increasing power of the customer.
It requires from companies listening even more closely to the market, quicker responses, greater flexibility and greater
capability to implement changes.
Therefore company’s communication has to react in a form of specific ways of functioning in new circumstances and
changing needs of the main target groups. adjusting own actions to new conditions and changing needs of the main target
groups. Communication has also to explain employees to a greater extent what is happening and to prepare them and the
company for changes. Without this, the process of isolating company from its environment and losing last threads of
understanding will only deepen – and that determines the capability to move people (internally first, then externally).
During face conference we want to familiarize participants with new directions for communication’s actions and to present current companies’ practices in communicating with employees that help companies to respond effectively to modern challenges.
