1. Our guarantee is only offered to our direct trading customer. We will not enter into communication or negotiation with any 3rd party or representative thereof.2. Items must be stocked and transported in a clean dry environment.3. This guarantee does not include general wear and tear.4. Product use, cleaning and maintenance must be in accordance with our written instructions otherwise the guarantee will be invalidated.5. Your account must be paid up to date at the time of any claim.6. The guarantee is for the sole benefit of the original purchaser of items. Products installed in coastal, estuary, or in close proximity to heavy industrial areas with corrosive environments will require higher frequency cleaning in line with our instructions. Die cast parts are not designed to withstand the high humidity and chemical environment in such applications.

1. Liability for consequential loss or damage.2. Our guarantee only covers our product for faulty materials, finishing or workmanship. We are not responsible for removing, collecting and returning or fitting replacement products.3. Damage due to misuse, abuse, mechanical damage, unauthorised repair, modification, negligence or failure to follow our cleaning and maintenance instructions.4. Our products are not covered for use outside the UK or on high duty commercial buildings.5. We reserve the right to inspect and test returned product before offering replacement parts.6. Our guarantee cannot be assigned or transferred.

Claim ProcessingWithin the timescale of the guarantee period, please send details of faulty parts to us in writing including the date ofyour original sales invoice, item part number and description of defects. If your claim falls within the remit of ourguarantee we will ask you to return the defective part to us. Upon return, the parts shall be inspected and you will benotified of our findings which will be binding. Depending on the type and condition of returned product, we maysupply like for like or similar replacement or a refund to the original value of goods.
