TRACK Our standard track comes in 23mm depth and is fire resistant track extrusion for securing fabric. The track is made from an ecopolymer which is from 100% recycled materials. We offer a welted edge detail as well as reveal. Track is fixed directly toplasterboard and acoustic core is filled in between track. Fabric is then stretched between the tracks, creating a finished panel.

WALL Plasterboard:CONDITIONS Fabric Systems' track is fixed directly to plasterboard. The system is very adaptable to slight imperfections in the plasterboard

and does not require a smooth or perfect surface in order to be installed. There is no need to paint or prime plasterboard inareas which will be covered by the system unless there are exposed shadow gaps. The depth of the system is as specified above.

Concrete:MDF strips will be mechanically fixed to concrete where applicable. Fabric Systems' track will then be fixed to the MDF strips.The depth of the system will be 37 mm (25 mm track on 12mmMDF strips).

ACOUSTIC Fabric Systems' standard core is acoustitherm 600 which is 100% recyclable and structurally rigid, with a density of 96 kg m3.CORE Alternative core can be provided to meet specific acoustic performance requirements. Tackable core is available upon request.

FABRIC Select fabric from hundreds of different suppliers. Certain fabrics work better in our system so please contact us to discusswhether a particular fabric is suitable. Fabric Systems work with Kvadrat, Bode, Camira and Infinity as well as many more.Leather can also be used in our system. Please contact us for recommended suppliers of leather.
