FAA/EASA-Certified Repair Station

The JES repair station is a Certified Part 145 FAA and EASA MRO. Our facilities are near Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport and encompass 133,000 square feet of indoor maintenance and storage space. Depending on engine configuration, JES has 14 engine bays including three heavy bays for GE90, GEnx, PW4000 (100"/112" Fan), RR Trent 800 as well as future large super high bypass engines. Shop and field service capabilities include, among others:

• Engine delivery and redelivery services (fulllease returns, lease inductions and managedlease returns)

• Engine preservations, C-checks, video bore-scopes, engine inventories, detailed inspec-tions, SB/AD compliance, rating conversions

• Top case and bottom case repairs, limitedmodule repairs, fan installation and separation(GE90/GEnx)

• External engine repairs/maintenance, QECbuilds/removals, LRU R&R and more

Engine and Engine Stand Storage

Located just north of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, our safe and secure indoor storage facility ensures your assets are easily accessible and actively monitored during storage. Our facilities are FAA and EASA Part 145 certified stand-alone buildings of concrete construction with fire suppression systems, security monitoring and controlled access.

Upon arrival, engines undergo receiving inspections, with documentation of any damage to the engine and stand. During storage, engine preservation is monitored and addressed as needed, with weekly updates provided. Engines are available for dispatch within four hours of receiving dispatch requests. The JES facility offers around-the-clock AOG support.

Aviation Technical Advisory Services

We understand that the quality and accuracy of records are essential when dispositioning engine and aircraft assets. JES advisors work alongside technicians, operators and other MROs around the world to manage engine assets. From engine deliveries, re-deliveries, shop visits, records reviews and records management, our advisors have the expertise and tools to ensure your asset is completely managed nose to tail. Our technical advisors work in conjunction with maintenance staff at our FAA/EASA Part 145 repair station to bring true turn-key engine solutions.

Small Engine Division

Our engine experts understand the differences and complexities involved in small engine maintenance and repair. We offer cost-effective, turn-key solutions for small engine management, from pre-buy through lease return, repair and storage. Our consultants and technicians work together to conduct and witness inspections, create records packs and end of lease documentation, re-certify and replace parts, and preserve engines for storage.
