F6D – RightTrack Discount

At the request of the insured and per vehicle, Liberty Mutual Insurance will use telematics technology to collect mileage and driving behavior data. All compatible vehicles on the policy are eligible for this program and the insured must provide a valid email address. Upon enrollment, the RightTrack Discount will be applied to the vehicle and the RightTrack Group will initially be set to group 5 (refer to the Rating pages). After a review period of approximately 90 days, data collection will cease. The RightTrack Discount will be recalculated using the collected data and the RightTrack Group will be updated accordingly (refer to the Rating pages). The final discount assigned to the vehicle will persist with the vehicle for the life of the policy and will continue through renewal so long as the vehicle, or its replacement, remains on the policy. For the discount to apply to a replacement vehicle, the replacement vehicle should be added to the insured’s policy within a reasonable time of the removal of the existing vehicle. If a vehicle is replaced during the review period, then the program may be continued by enrolling the replacement vehicle. If any of the following conditions occur during the review period, the vehicle will be withdrawn from the program and the RightTrack Discount will be removed:

• Insured does not complete enrollment • Voluntary withdrawal at the insured’s request • No data reported from an otherwise fully functional device

LIBERTY MUTUAL RIGHTTRACK® TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This AGREEMENT is made between the participating driver ("you" or "your") and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, a Massachusetts corporation, located at 175 Berkeley Street, Boston, Massachusetts for itself and the benefit of its affiliates meaning any entity under common management and control with Liberty Mutual Group Inc., now or in the future all hereafter (“Liberty Mutual”) writing private passenger automobile insurance. It governs your enrollment in the RightTrack ("Review") program and your use of the RightTrack Device ("Device").

By participating in RightTrack, you are expressly permitting Liberty Mutual to collect information regarding your vehicle usage through a RightTrack Device, such as mileage, time of day, braking, acceleration, and location. Your policy premium may be discounted based on your vehicle's observed data during the Review.

Participation in RightTrack is strictly voluntary. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then you should not participate in RightTrack. Your consent to these terms and conditions is shown by your electronic signature. To consent, you must be a Named Insured on the policy and have the authority to express consent for all Named Insureds as well as any owner or lessor of the vehicle(s) enrolled in the Review.

You also agree that the information obtained from the Review and the policy adjustment made as a result of that information will apply to your current policy, renewals of your current policy, and any transfer, substitution, or replacement of your enrolled vehicle(s).

REVIEW PERIOD

The Review Period will begin on the date of your first trip after successful installation of the Device and continue for approximately 90 days thereafter. We will notify you by e-mail of the date your Review Period has begun and on the date your Review Period concludes.

VIEWING YOUR DATA

During the Review, we may send you periodic notifications of your usage and an estimate of the expected rate adjustment for your convenience.

RIGHTTRACK DISCOUNT

By electing to enroll your vehicle into RightTrack, your policy premium will reflect a RightTrack vehicle enrollment discount. You understand your enrollment discount will continue with the vehicle until either a) replaced by a final discount, if any, at the conclusion of the Review Period, b) you choose to decline these terms and conditions, fail to indicate your consent within 15 days of enrollment or do not install the device within 30 days of receiving it or c) you choose to terminate your enrollment in RightTrack prior to the conclusion of the Review Period.

By participating in RightTrack, you agree to permit Liberty Mutual to discount the premium for the base coverages for your enrolled vehicle(s) as appropriate based on the usage data collected and estimated throughout the Review Period. All rate adjustments will be made effective from the end date of the Review Period. We cannot retroactively adjust premiums applied during the Review Period.

USE OF DATA AND PRIVACY

Liberty Mutual values and respects your privacy. We will not share personally identifiable usage data collected with any third party except to service your RightTrack auto policy, for research, or as required by law. All personally identifiable data shall remain confidential to Liberty Mutual except when required by law. We can retain the collected data indefinitely, subject to state requirements. For research purposes, we reserve the right to collect data that is not required to calculate your rate. The data that Liberty Mutual collects shall not affect policy cancellation, non-renewal, or a claim. Nor shall Liberty Mutual use the collected data to solicit you for additional products, services, or promotions. Once we receive the driving data, it will be erased from the Device.

USE OF DEVICE

We will provide a Device to you for use during the Review Period at no cost to you. We will retain ownership of the Device, and therefore it must be used only for the purposes intended. You cannot transfer, sell, distribute, or otherwise dispose of the Device except to return it to us at the end of the Review Period. You agree that you will not destroy, alter, disassemble, duplicate, clone, or otherwise tamper with the Device, nor will you attempt to reverse engineer the firmware, software, or source code.

If we provide you with a Device, it is offered strictly "as-is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, whatsoever including but not limited to battery usage or merchantability.

INSTALLING THE DEVICE

You are required to properly install the Device in your vehicle selected for the program within 30 days of receiving the device to maintain your initial discount. The Device is designed for convenient self-installation; should you incur expenses to facilitate an installation, you agree to pay those expenses. Liberty Mutual and our vendors are not liable for any damage resulting from faulty installation. If you need help installing the Device, support is available at 866-274-0892.

The Device shall remain installed in the specified vehicle for the duration of the Review Period. The Device should not be removed even if other people drive your enrolled vehicle. If you remove, tamper, or otherwise disable the Device, or fail to install the Device within the specified time or in the specified vehicle, we may cancel your enrollment in RightTrack, require you to return the Device, remove your enrollment discount, and prohibit you from future participation.

RETURNING THE DEVICE

When your Review Period is over or when you voluntarily terminate your enrollment in RightTrack prior to the conclusion of the Review Period, you will be notified by Liberty Mutual. You will receive a prepaid return envelope with instructions for removing the Device and returning it to us. Failure to return the Device in good working condition (normal wear and tear excepted) within 30 days of the conclusion of the Review Period may result in a $100 fee to recover its cost.

LOST, STOLEN, OR FAULTY DEVICES

If the Device is lost or stolen, or does not work, we will offer a one-time replacement as long as you continue to participate in RightTrack. You will receive a prepaid return envelope with instructions for replacing the faulty Device. We may ask that you provide written documentation that the Device was lost or stolen or return the damaged Device to us upon installation of the new Device. In the event a lost, stolen, or damaged Device is replaced, your Review Period will continue from the time the replacement Device is installed and activated. We may cancel your enrollment in RightTrack if you submit multiple claims for a lost, stolen, or damaged Device. You are also required to return the old damaged Device.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

Certain vehicles such as diesel, electric, and hybrid vehicles and vehicle model years prior to 1996 may be incompatible with the Device and therefore ineligible for RightTrack. Program eligibility is contingent upon providing a valid email address, acceptance of these terms and conditions, and proper installation and activation of the Device.

TRANSFER/DISPOSAL OF ENROLLED VEHICLES

Enrollment is on a vehicle-level basis. If you dispose of, sell, or transfer an enrolled vehicle after completion of the Review Period, we will apply any RightTrack discount to your newly purchased/leased vehicle in lieu of your disposed vehicle. Furthermore, if you dispose of, sell, or transfer your vehicle during the Review Period, you may choose to enroll a newly acquired vehicle in lieu of your disposed vehicle and continue the Review Period. You may also choose to end your enrollment, forgo your enrollment discount, and return the Device we provided to you. Please contact us at 866-274-0892 for assistance in transferring your vehicle.

ENROLLMENT CHANGES

Participation in the program is strictly voluntary, and you may end your enrollment at any time during the Review Period and forgo any enrollment and prospective discounts associated with RightTrack by contacting us at 866-274-0892 and returning the Device. At your request, the vehicle can be re-enrolled in the program once per policy term and the new discount will supersede the prior discount.

Enrollment may be cancelled for certain vehicles for which Liberty Mutual does not receive enough information to properly derive a premium adjustment. Enrollment may also be cancelled if there is evidence of tampering

with the Device or evidence of frequent disconnections. We reserve the right to prohibit you from a qualified rate adjustment under RightTrack or from future participation if we uncover evidence of tampering.

OTHER TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the RightTrack program or any part of it.

Separate from any auto liability insurance policy, if any, you agree that Liberty Mutual's liability for damages caused by the device shall be limited to direct property damage to the vehicle in which it is installed. Further, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary or other damages, including without limitation, damage for bodily injury, lost wages, or damage to other vehicles or property, caused by or resulting from the Device having been installed into the vehicle. Nor are we liable for the unauthorized disclosure or use of the information recorded by the Device, or actions or inactions, of any third-party vendor. By agreeing to this program, you agree that the usage data must only be used for the purposes intended with Liberty Mutual.

Your RightTrack® device plugs easily into the Onboard

Diagnostic (OBD-II) port of your vehicle. Please follow

these instructions to install the device.A

1 Plug this end of the device firmly into your vehicle’s OBD-II port.

Each RightTrack device is assigned to a specific vehicle. The assigned vehicle is indicated on the front flap of the RightTrack box along with the device identification number. If you have multiple vehicles enrolled in RightTrack, please ensure that each device is installed in the appropriate vehicle.

3 After plugging in the device, you should see blinking lights on the

device that confirm successful installation. We will also send you

an email within 48 hours after your first trip confirming that your

device has been activated.

If you suspect the device is not working properly,

please unplug it and contact customer support

for further assistance.

2 The OBD-II port is usually located under the dashboard on the

F6D – RightTrack Discount

At the request of the insured and per vehicle, Liberty Mutual Insurance will use telematics technology to collect mileage and driving behavior data. All compatible vehicles on the policy are eligible for this program and the insured must provide a valid email address. Upon enrollment, the RightTrack Discount will be applied to the vehicle as an endorsement and the RightTrack Group will initially be set to group 5 (refer to the Rating pages). After a review period of approximately 90 days, data collection will cease. The RightTrack Discount will be recalculated using the collected data and the RightTrack Group will be updated accordingly (refer to the Rating pages). The final discount assigned to the vehicle will persist with the vehicle for the life of the policy and will continue through renewal so long as the vehicle, or its replacement, remains on the policy. For the discount to apply to a replacement vehicle, the replacement vehicle should be added to the insured’s policy within a reasonable time of the removal of the existing vehicle. If a vehicle is replaced during the review period, then the program may be continued by enrolling the replacement vehicle. If any of the following conditions occur during the review period, the vehicle will be withdrawn from the program and the RightTrack Discount will be removed:

• Insured does not complete enrollment • Voluntary withdrawal at the insured’s request • Insufficient information for derivation of RightTrack Discount Factor
