2. Vide Establishment Order No. 14/2014 dated 31.03.2014, 23 newly recruited Inspectors

were given temporary postings which are considered to be regularized now.

3. All officers should be relieved on or before 04.07.2014 positively. A compliance report may

be sent by the concerned Deputy /Asst. Commissioners by 07.07.2014.

4. It will be the responsibility of controlling officers to ensure that the officers transferred

prepare a written Handing / Taking over Note, while handing over the charge before they are

relieved. A copy of the Handing / Taking Over Note (duly signed by both the officers), should be

kept in the relevant file of Division / Section and a copy be sent to the Additional Commissioner (P&V) for record.

5. This issues with the approval of the Commissioner.
