What we do

From your die design, extrusion parameter and other information, we realize a 3D extrusion simulation:

Flow speed of alloy material

Pressure of alloy material

Temperature of alloy material and die

Stress and deformation of die

We analyze the results and give to you a report concerning:

Flow balance into the die

Profile speed on exit (control of bearing length and pocket)

quality of seams weld in welding chamber

die stresses (to predict or confirm risk of breakage)

die deflection (to predict or adjust cold profile)

On demand we can give:

Advices on modification to apply

Design for you an optimized die design

Our offers

We offer different packages depending on your possibilities and your needs:

As we make a 3D simulation we need a 3D model of the die. If you haven’t it we design it for you

You just need the analysis of your project or you want an optimized version (in this case we make a new simulation for validation of modifications)
